After the loss over the Cheesehead underdogs, the
Reddog coach, Michael Wagner, is focusing only on
setting up for the much needed massacre of the Pack
in week Thirteen.
If the Roughers lose this game it could mean being
leashed and tied down reaching nothing higher than
third place for the season. The Reddog Roughers
coach, Michael Wagner, had very little to say about
his line up for next weeks game. However, he did
mention that this was the first week in a while that
his whole team was off the injured reserve list.
There is a rumor that Coach Wagner brought back one
of the original Roughers, Ricky Watters, but he would
not confirm or deny whether Watters was on his
line-up for next week's game.
All I am going to say is that, as promised,
Dilfer will play as quarterback next week to finally
settle which coach actually benefited over the
infamous battle over Testaverde. Commented
Coach Wagner. Dilfer is playing against a team
with only one win under their belt this weekend so I
foresee a very one sided game.
Last week, The Roughers were defeated by the last
placed team in the HES North Wing Division. The
Cheeseheads stepped right over the Papas to
climb out of the gutter just to get a glimpse of
their next opponent, the No-Shows. Glenns
Gorillas is still hanging on by a thread between
these two rivals.
My team (The Roughers) played exceptionally
well with most of the players contributing.
stated Coach Wagner. Unfortunately the
unexpected high scoring game between Green Bay and
Indianapolis put just too much pressure on my
runningback, Jabbar, to score three touchdowns in the
Monday night game just to stay up with the
Cheeseheads.
The Miami game against Buffalo Monday night showed
off the Rougher runningback all right. Jabbar scored
his 11th touchdown of the season which ranked him at
the top in the NFL. Roughers are fighting the Pack in
another area, the Most Valuable Player Award. Elway,
Coach Plunketts Quarterback, also is ranked
high in the NFL for scoring.
There are two big games to keep track of this
weekend. One of them will be the show down between
the quaterbacks of the Pack and the Roughers. The
other comes from the underside of the league between
the Gorillas and the Papas. Can Coach Muske man
handle the Papas enough to keep his own
position in the league secure or will he choke as he
did while trying to make nachos out of the
irrepressible Cheeseheads last week? You might take a
quick glance at the battle of the Cheeseheads and the
No-Shows this weekend. Green Bay may save Coach
Jennifers butt once again, but dont
hold your breath.
Remember: If you would like to have your
shot at any one of the teams or how they are playing,
just email your comments to JockReport@aol.com.
I will work it in to the next issue. Thank you all
for your contributions last week. This newsletter is
getting better every week.
