The Pack Fights Back

Plunk's Pack doubled Rougher's score of nine shot Wagner's team's hopes for second and maybe third place after Sunday night's games.

The close race between these two teams ended this weekend when Reddog Roughers lost to Glenn's Gorillas. It seems that Testaverde may not have been the gold at the end of the rainbow that Coach Wagner thought.

"You can't judge the player one game. All our players had tough defenses to get around this weekend that kept scoring down to a new low. Heck, Miami and Buffalo only scored 6 and 9 points. Even our high scoring kick Vinatiri only brought in six points." commented Wagner.

He later added that his other quarterbacks that set out this week did very well, and he was pleased. He would comment on which quarterback that he would play next week, but this reporter could see a favoritism to Brunnel.

It now looks like the race for second is on between Papa's and the Pack depending on the out come between the two coaches, Christine and Lance. Until next time, Don't fumble and keep your head up!
